There seems very little if any room mic in the mix on this recording, which is a pity because it would have benefited from a little, I think. I guess I was more focussed on the music than the context at the time. My tape notes indicate there was a support act (that wasn’t recorded) and Bruce makes a rare appearance on mic to introduce John, although what remains of this was accidental as well.
